Updated the Movement Page to make it easier to upkeep.

I am making changes to the web site to make things easier to find. One changes you will notice is that I got rid of the menus that I was working and just replaced them with normal text based menus. This should make the Palanca Requests and the Prayer Vigil requests easier to find. Stay tuned as I complete the transition.

I started by having a single page to enter a Prayer Vigil or Request a Palanca Letter. If you have problems with this new page, please let me know at bwong2k@yahoo.com.
